BPI Real Estate is a real estate development company operating in Belgium, Poland, and Luxembourg. The company was founded over 30 years ago, since then gaining extensive experience in the residential, office, and commercial real estate market.

The developer's investments are distinguished above all by their innovation and attention to detail – urban, architectural, construction, ecological, and social – creating friendly and harmonious places to live and work.

BPI Real Estate belongs to the Belgian capital group CFE, established in 1880, which is listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Brussels. The CFE Group operates in Belgium, Luxembourg, and Poland in several key areas.

One of them is development activity, including real estate investments managed by BPI Real Estate. Another new area of the group's activity is environmentally friendly timber construction implemented by Wood Shapers, based in Luxembourg.

BPI Real Estate has been present on the Polish market since 2009. The company’s portfolio consists of 13 residential projects. These include 10 completed investments: Czysta4 and Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław, Vilda Park and Panoramiqa in Poznań, Cztery Oceany in Gdańsk, Bernadovo in Gdynia, and Rezydencja Barska, wolaRE, Wola Libre, and Wola Tarasy in Warsaw.

Two more projects are under construction: Chmielna Duo in Warsaw and Cavallia – a multi-phase mixed-use complex being developed in Poznań in cooperation with Revive Poland. The developer’s newest project, PianoForte, is currently under preparation in Warsaw.

In the coming years, the company will continue its expansion in the Polish market, focusing on the premium real estate segment. The foundation of BPI Real Estate Poland’s operations is diversification based on various residential products in markets where the developer is already active: Warsaw, the Tri-City, Wrocław, and Poznań.

At the core of the company’s strategy are the principles of sustainable development, which are central to the execution of each development project in BPI Real Estate Poland’s portfolio.
