The company was founded over 30 years ago since then gaining extensive experience in the residential, office and commercial and service real estate market. BPI Real Estate belongs to the Belgian capital group CFE established in 1880, which is listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Brussels. The CFE Group operates in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland in several key areas. One of them is development activity, including real estate investments, for which BPI Real Estate is responsible. Another new area of the group's activity is environmentally friendly wood construction implemented by Wood Shapers based in Luxembourg.

BPI Real Estate has been present on the Polish market since 2009. During this time, the developer has completed nearly 2,000 apartments in 7 investments located in Gdańsk, Poznań, Warsaw and Wrocław.
